WIth over 20 years of experience, The Fashion Element team can help you with design, sourcing and production for apparel and graphic needs. We’re a great financially viable alternative to in-house employees and can help offer your company new and fresh ideas.

We started this because this is what we know (and love).

We believe you should do what you love and love what you do.  That’s why this is what we do.  We also happen to be quite good at it.  Your career and job shouldn’t be a chore; it should be something that you love, enjoy and are passionate about.  We’re not saying that we don’t have moments when we’re frustrated, challenged or cranky; hey, after all we are all human.  But the majority of the time, we work hard and play hard and love every minute of it.  Life’s too short not to go after what you enjoy doing.

With a degree in apparel design, Anne has been working in the industry for almost 20 years.   Anne’s thorough knowledge of all aspects relating to apparel design, technical design, sourcing, line merchandising, quality control and fit for men’s, women’s and children’s clothing makes her very well rounded in the industry.  She has a proven track record to design and execute product according to calendar deadlines at desired product cost. During the small amount of free time she has, Anne enjoys running, cycling and spending time with her husband and two young boys.

Theresa not only has a love and a good eye for fashion, she’s extremely savvy in Illustrator, Excel and super detail orientated to make sure nothing gets overlooked. Her degree in fashion design and years of experience make her a great addition to The Fashion Element team. When not designing, she spends time with her husband, son Hunter, and their two terrier pups.
